PLIOCATCH clip-on cable fixing system<\/h2>\n\n\n\n


PLIOCATCH clips<\/a> are a versatile fixing solution developed for machines and electrical cabinets.<\/p>\n

Made from polyamide (PA), they are available in two colours, natural and black, and can be used in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85\u00b0C. The PLIOCATCH clip range comprises four models, each designed to meet specific requirements.<\/p>\n

Thanks to their clip system, they can be installed quickly and without tools<\/strong>, considerably reducing installation time. Finally, their locking system makes it easy to add or remove cables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLIOCATCH GA-W<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

PLIOCATCH GA-W<\/a> is a cable fixing system<\/strong> designed for horizontal and vertical cable routing at the front or rear of electrical cabinets. Its capacity is equivalent to that of a 60 x 40 mm trunking.<\/p>\n

The PLIOCATCH GA-W is mounted using a W clip, compatible with holes from 9.5 x 9.5 mm to 12.5 x 12.5 mm. It can be mounted on profiles, rails or perforated metal sheets with a thickness of 1.5 mm (for 9.5 x 9.5 mm holes) and 1.5 to 2.0 mm (for 10 x 10 to 12.5 x 12.5 mm holes).<\/p>\n

The top of the cable block is hinged and has a clip closure that can be unlocked at any time, allowing the PLIOCATCH to be closed again once the cables are in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With widths adapted to the standards of 19\u2033 racks for 1U and 2U strips, the PLIOCATCH 1U-W et 2U-W<\/a>\u00a0cable guide rings<\/strong> are designed for network applications.<\/p>\n

They make it easy to insert or remove cables, jumpers or conductors from the top, while ensuring that they are held securely.<\/p>\n

Fitted with a W clip<\/strong>, these rings can be mounted in holes with a cross-section of 11 x 11 mm up to 13 x 13 mm, with a maximum sheet thickness of 1.7 mm, and are compatible with other uprights and profiles with square holes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The PLIOCATCH MU-Q200<\/a> is a polyamide cable block, available in natural and black.<\/p>\n

Designed for fixing cables to type I and M aluminium profiles<\/strong> with an 8 mm groove, it can withstand temperatures from -40 to +85\u00b0C. Its tool-free installation and quarter-turn lock make it a practical and quick-to-install accessory.<\/p>\n

It can be used horizontally or vertically, and is ideal for machine building, production automation, workstation design and electrical cabinets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLIOCATCH MU-Q200 SOLAR
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The PLIOCATCH MU-Q200 SOLAR<\/a> is a variation of the PLIOCATCH MU-Q200, specially designed for the photovoltaic industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cable block is fixed to solar aluminium profiles with an 8.8 mm groove. Thanks to its hammer head, it can be locked with a simple quarter-turn, without the need for tools.<\/p>\n

Space-saving and non-lockable, it can be used to quickly add conductors by simply pressing<\/strong>, and to run cables horizontally or vertically on photovoltaic installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLIOCATCH screw-in cable blocks<\/a>\u00a0are designed to secure cables in various electrical installations (electrical cabinets, machines, etc.) using screws.<\/p>\n

Available in two colours, black and natural, five models make up the PLIOCATCH screw-in range. To suit different configurations, several different closing systems make it easy to add or remove cables.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

PLIOCATCH DELTA L and M cable guides<\/h2>\n\n\n\n


With a capacity equivalent to that of a 60\u00d740 mm trunking, but taking up very little space, the PLIOCATCH DELTA<\/a> allows cables to pass through, even in confined spaces (rows of switchgear, for example).<\/p>\n

The cable guide is designed for horizontal cable routing at the back or front of modular units mounted on a double DIN profile or OMEGA DIN rail. There are four possible configurations<\/strong>: on a double DIN rail (DELTA M front or rear) and on an OMEGA DIN rail (DELTA M front and DELTA L rear on the 6.2 x 15 mm slotted hole).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
